When does this promotion start and end?
The Promotion commences at 09:00am (NZDT) on 1st November 2022 and closes at 11:59pm (NZDT) on 24th December 2022.
When do I need to submit my claim by?
Prior to 24th January 2023 (5:00pm NZDT).
How many products can I claim?
Multiple claims are permitted; however each claimant and/or household will be limited to claim up to a maximum of 5 total eligible products.
Only one (1) valid claim is permitted per Eligible Product purchased (i.e. per product/or store invoice issued) and a valid proof of purchase must accompany each Eligible Product.

I’ve registered my purchase and submitted or sent in my proof of purchase documentation. When will I receive my Cash Back?
Please allow up to 14 business days from the date of claim approval to receive your cashback.
The name I am using on the Cash Back claim form and the name on the receipt doesn’t match. Is this ok?
No, it is not. The name/entrant on the entry form must match the name on the receipt, in order to be eligible for this promotion.
I don’t have access to email or the internet, is there another way I can enter?
Unfortunately not, you will need to find a family member or friend who can do this for you on your behalf. Please email us at Philipspromotions@campaign.net.nz if you are having trouble entering online.
Why don’t I get an email back straight away after registering?
